1)Do I need to have programming knowledge or experience of running & building websites?

No these sites have an easy to use control panel that allows you to run them with very little computer knowledge or experience.

2)Where are the websites hosted?

The websites are all hosted with our recommended web host or a webhost of your choice.

3)Do I need to have broadband/ADSL?

No, as long as you can connect to the internet, although broadband is quicker and easier.

4)What happens if the website crashes?

If this ever happens, the web host has a 24 hour support line number for any problems.

5)Can these sites be run from anywhere in the world?
Yes, all you need is a computer and internet access – you can then log into the control panel for your site and manage and maintain it from there.

6)Do you provide any technical support packages?
