San Bernabe Fair- This fiesta celebrates the commemoration of the Christian Conquest. It happens over the first two weeks of June and the celebrations include bullfights, street parties and performances from famous singers and bands.

The night of San Juan - This party takes place on all the beaches within Andalucía and happens with a large bonfire called ’juas’ Fireworks are let off, music is played and partygoers dip their feet into the water just after midnight to bring good luck for the rest of the year. This fun event takes part on the 23^rd June.

Virgin del Carmen - This festival celebrates the fishing heritage of Marbella, and ‘del carmen’ is the patron saint of sailors. The procession begins with a boat, decorated with flowers and bearing an image of the saint, going through the streets. The fiesta takes place on 16^th July.
