Coming up in Valencia over the next few months is:

F1 Grand Prix - held through the streets of Valencia on Sunday 23 August. Enjoy the thrill and action as Valencia hosts its second street race in the city.

La Tomatina - The festival of the tomatoes. A time to throw tomatoes in the village of Bunol, situated just outside Valencia. Tomato madness happening on Wednesday 26 August and throwing commences at 11am sharp for 2 hours only!

The Bull runs - join in the local fun as bulls run through the neighbouring villages of Valencia as men compete for the bravest title! With ceremonies, concerts, fiestas and street parties all through August happening in most Valencian villages you should be able to find something to keep you amused!

The Valencia Open - Tennis tournament from 2 - 8 November. Held in the Arts and Science Centre you will be able to watch your favourite player as they battle for the Open Tennis Title of 2009.

Moto GP - This motorcycle race is held at the Cheste circuit, a 20 minute drive from Valencia City. This three day event, spread over 6,7 & 8 November, is well worth watching as summer ends and the winter entertainment begins.
